Hi, I'm Jarrod Kanady. My journey in healthcare spans over 15 years, starting as a Family Nurse Practitioner with a focus on Addiction and Family Medicine.

As a U.S. Army Veteran, husband, and father, I understand the weight of the roles we carry. My goal is to help you lift that weight. I believe in meeting you where you are without judgment and working together to build a path forward.

Yes! We offer secure telehealth appointments for your convenience, as well as in-home visits when appropriate.

I take a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to medication management, only prescribing when clinically indicated and always as part of a comprehensive treatment plan that may include therapy.

Initial evaluations typically last 60-90 minutes. Follow-up sessions are usually 30-50 minutes, depending on your individual needs.
